We want you to love your SAU LEE pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all eligible full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garment is free from makeup or fragrance marks to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
